No one has ever regretted exercising after a nice workout session. You feel better, your body may feel tired, but your mind will be invigorated. The main purpose is for your personal development, your physical strength, resistance and better health. Every student has different limits and the class proposes a collective workout with individual goals. You can use the class as a guide for your weekly workout, or just come and release your energy once a week. We have different tools to measure your development, including callipers, fitness tests, the good old mirror… (we don’t trust weight devices in this class).
It’s essential to work different aspects of your body and to show you how to do it properly.
The workouts we plan to do are:
- Body Pump (using weight bars and music)
- Cardio programs (Insanity, P90X)
- Just Dance program (single modes and team challenges)
