Part of filmmaking is always a guessing game, and part of it is always a game of trust.

We want to tell stories! Moviemaking is one of the best tools to do it and one of the most fun! Together we will become a film crew, with different tasks and responsibilities but one purpose, to make movies.
So the main questions here are: what stories do you want to tell and where do you fit in our film crew?
You already have some valuable skills for this area, you just don’t know it.
The objective of this course is to help you put together passion and responsibility, by experimenting moviemaking yourself. But you have to be pro-active, this is very practical class.
The teacher will challenge you with scripts, storyboards, ideas, but you are free to bring your own. Learning is not only about having knowledge, it’s finding the motivation and trying different areas of movie production until you find where you naturally belong.
The main areas:
- Production (team leading and solving problems)
- Cinematography (DSLR, GoPro)
- Post-production (Editing, colour correction, special effects)
- Directing (responsible for the actors and the storytelling)
It’s up to you if you want to be leading projects, bringing new ideas or join film crews and help implement the class challenges.
